Life is short and it’s never too late to begin a new adventure! My name is Jody and I love to travel. I have visited all fifty states, traveled to 12 of the Canadian provinces and territories, seen most of the Caribbean islands and visited Europe and Mexico. I have experienced travel as a family, as a couple and with mixed generations of our family. I like to check out other travelers’ experiences and advice before I embark on an adventure, so I intend to share what I’ve learned, experienced and wish I had known with you!

My current cover picture is from a slide taken at Mt. McKinnely, now known simply as Denali, in August of 1974. My family traveled by car across Canada and the entire length of the Alaska Highway. We camped at Wonder Lake Campground in Denali in a tent. This is one of the many magical memories I have from our grand adventure- cooking breakfast alongside my dad.

Since my early adventures with my mom, dad and brothers, I have continued to be passionate about travel! When my daughters were young, we spent many weeks each summer exploring the USA and nearby countries. Last summer, I went with both my daughters along with my two granddaughters to begin exploring Europe. The adventures were grand and the memories we made are magical!

I will catch you up on some of my recent travel. Plus, I will take you along on all my new adventures. Let’s just say, I love to travel!
